Please feel free to review the many amenities included in your new home and review the possible upgrades that are available!

Included Amenities:

1.) Shingle

All the homes in Sunflower Estates will include at no additional cost a 30 year Architectual Shingle. Contact a representative to discuss the color choices available at anytime! 

2.) Brick (Acme Brick)

Over 50% of your homes exterior will be Brick, not to mention, various decorative accents on some of the plans to add uniqueness. Please contact a represenative to review your choices of color and brick size at anytime!

3.) Vinyl

Less than 50% of your homes exterior will include Vinyl siding. Please take note that Quality Builders cares enough not to just use any Vinyl. The vinyl product and installation technique used, creates added protection for your family and investment with a VSI Standard wind speed Rating of 185.26 MPH. SEE COLOR CHOICE AND MORE INFORMATION.

4.) Ceilings

Unlike many other builders, Jess and Bill have decided to increase the height of their ceilings to nine foot (9'), not to mention a standard vaulted Ceiling in the Living area of the home. So many other builders dont take the time to include the unique varied ceiling heights that the luxury homes have, and therefore, the homes at Sunflower Estates will have that same roomy feeling other more expensive homes have.

5.) Moulding

Quality builders believes that every home they build is a direct reflection on themselves,      because of this, every home will have crown moulding throughout. This is just another great feature Jess and Bill feel you deserve.

6.) Paint

Quality builders has always believed, unlike many builders, that the homeowner should be involved in the process, because of this they allow you to choose up to three different interior wall colors. Most home builders allow for only one interior color, so remember when your deciding on purchasing a home, we care enough to give you a choice! 7.) Kitchen

Quality Builders has designed a great kitchen complete with a pantry, your choice of Black, white or Stainless appliances (Gradient self cleaning elec. stove, Microwave Range Hood, and Dishwasher), and tile counter tops included in the standard home. Also available with an upgrade will be granite counter tops, if you wish to make this choice.  Contact a representative to make your choices now!

8.) Master Bedroom

Unlike many homes this size or price, the homes at Sunflower Estates include a walk-in closet  in the master, with the ability to relax in a nice size Garden Tub once you have unpacked. You also have the ability to upgrade to a Jacuzzi tub if you have that desire! 

9.) Flooring

Every home in Sunflower Estates comes complete with carpet in the living and bedrooms, along with ceramic tile in the kitchen, halls, laundry and baths. Of course there is always the ability to upgrade to all tile, laminate wood, or wood flooring at anytime during the design process. 10.) Fencing

Fencing is not a feature that is standard with our homes, however we will be more than happy to quote a price based on our cost to help you out!
